Fire safety Procedures used in SWP

IF SOMEONE DISCOVERS A FIRE IN THE HOTEL PREMISES

• ACTIVATE a fire alarm pull station,
• PHONE 106/184/137 or to report a fire at your address,
• FIGHT the fire ONLY if it is SMALL and you are NOT alone,
• EVACUATE via the nearest safe exit. DONOT use the elevator,
• ASSIST persons requiring assistance,
• PROCEED to the main entrance (outside) & Report to the fire department,
• To be collected at the safe zone (Assemble area) front parking area for guests and Megh Mangalam porch for staff.

IF YOU HEAR A FIRE ALARM

• EVACUATE via the nearest safe exit.
• DO NOT use the elevator,
• ASSIST persons requiring assistance,
• ASSEMBLE clear of the building and arriving fire apparatus,
• PHONE 106/184/137 or to report a fire at your address,

EMERGENCY PROCEDURE

• Fire alarm will sound,
• All occupants will exit the building via fire exit route,
• Persons with disabilities should proceed with their assistants to the nearest safe exit.
• Fire safety Manager should be available to the respond to the premises after being contacted by the fire / security and engineering department,
• The instruments for the occupants “in case of fire” posted prominently on each guest floor,
• There is a fire plan room chart posted on each guest room door with the escape route,
• There are 47 portable fire extinguisher throughout the building for fire put out,
• There are 38 fire hydrant and fire hose reel inside and outside of the building,
• There are 1444 automatic water sprinkler in the hotel,
